Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of YouBoost. By creating an account, adding funds, or placing an order you agree to them. Please read them — they explain how orders, your balance, and refunds work.

1. What YouBoost is

YouBoost is a marketplace for social-media promotion services (for example YouTube views, subscribers, likes and similar engagement on supported platforms). We resell delivery from third-party providers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by YouTube, Google, or any other platform.

2. Your account and balance

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity under your account.
  • Funds you add are a prepaid balance held on your account. You spend that balance on orders. Deposits are prepayments for services, not a bank deposit, and they earn no interest.
  • Your balance is non-transferable: it cannot be moved to another account or paid out as cash, except as a refund of unspent funds under our Refund Policy.
  • The minimum deposit is $10 and the maximum single deposit is $10,000.

3. Orders and delivery

  • When you place an order the price is held from your available balance. Delivery is performed by our providers and typically starts shortly after the order is submitted.
  • Delivery speed and volumes are estimates, not guarantees of an exact schedule. Real-world delivery can vary with platform conditions.
  • If an order is only partially delivered, you are charged only for the portion delivered and the remainder is returned to your balance. See the Refund Policy for details.
  • The refill guarantee is an optional paid extra chosen when you place an order. If you added it, you can ask us to top up a drop in the delivered count while the guarantee is still running; the end date is shown on the order. An order placed without it cannot be refilled.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use YouBoost to promote content that is illegal, or that targets illegal, fraudulent, hateful, or infringing material. You are solely responsible for the accounts, videos, and links you submit.

Each platform (YouTube and others) has its own terms of service. Using promotion services may be restricted or prohibited by those terms. Compliance with the rules of the platform you are promoting on is your responsibility, and any consequences from that platform (such as removal of engagement or account action) are your risk, not ours.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: unspent balance can be refunded, cancelled and failed orders are returned to your balance, and partially delivered orders are refunded pro-rata.

6. Consumer withdrawal right (EU)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Our services are the supply of digital services that begin immediately.

  • By placing an order and asking us to begin delivery right away, you expressly consent to performance starting before the 14-day period ends, and you acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once the service has been fully performed (consistent with the digital-services exception, Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in Poland).
  • Until delivery on an order has started, you can still cancel that order and have its price returned to your balance.
  • This withdrawal right applies to consumers. If you use YouBoost for business or professional purposes (B2B), the statutory consumer withdrawal right does not apply, though our order-cancellation and partial-delivery refunds still do.

7. Liability

  • YouBoost is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted delivery or any specific outcome on a third-party platform.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including the statutory rights of consumers.

8. Governing law and changes

  • These terms are governed by the law of Poland. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply where they give you stronger rights.
  • We may update these terms; the effective date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
