Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data YouBoost collects, why, who processes it, and the rights you have over it. We keep the data we hold to the minimum needed to run your account and deliver your orders.
Who is responsible
The data controller for YouBoost is Aliaksandr Abramovich (Sole proprietorship (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza)), NIP 9512584635, ul. Kromera 59/18, 51-131 Wrocław, Poland. For any privacy request, contact support@youboost.store.
What we store
- Account data: your email address and, if you set one, a password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Order data: the services you buy, the links you submit, quantities, order status, and your account balance and transaction history.
- Payment references: identifiers returned by our payment processors so we can match a payment to your account. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or crypto wallet keys — those go directly to the processor.
- Support data: messages you send us and the email you use to contact support.
Payment processors
Payments are handled by third-party processors, not by us directly:
- Stripe — card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Card details are entered on Stripe and never touch our servers.
- Cryptomus — cryptocurrency payments. Crypto payment details are handled by Cryptomus.
Each processor is an independent controller for the payment data you give it and has its own privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies that are necessary to sign you in and keep your session and cart working. For traffic analytics we use Yandex.Metrika, which sets cookies and collects usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and interaction data via webvisor/clickmap) to help us understand and improve the site. Analytics runs on the production site only. You can block cookies in your browser; necessary cookies are required for the site to function.
We also use PostHog (EU region) for product analytics, and that data is stored in the European Union. Our server sends it an event when something happens to an order or a payment — a checkout started, a purchase confirmed, an order delivered or failed. Those events carry amounts, the currency, which landing page and which campaign the visit came from, and the account id we use internally once you are signed in. They never carry your name, your email address or any payment details.
In your browser, PostHog stores an identifier on your device (a cookie and local storage) so that several pages of one visit are counted as one visit. It does not record your screen and does not collect your clicks automatically — we send a reviewed list of events and nothing else. Web addresses are sent without their query string, so the part of a link that can identify you personally never leaves your browser.
Why we can process your data (GDPR bases)
- Performance of a contract — to run your account, take payment, and deliver your orders.
- Legitimate interests — to secure the service, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the product through analytics.
- Legal obligation — to keep records (for example, tax and accounting records) where the law requires it.
- Consent — where required, for example non-essential analytics cookies; you can withdraw consent at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data (access), correct it, delete it (erasure), restrict or object to processing, and receive it in a portable form. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
To exercise any of these rights, email support@youboost.store from the address on your account. We respond within the time the law requires (normally within one month).
Retention and data location
We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active and as long as we are legally required to retain financial records afterwards, then delete or anonymise it. Data may be processed on servers and by processors located in or outside the EU (for example our payment and analytics providers); where data leaves the EU, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place.
